Our secure Patient Portal makes it easy to manage your health information and pay bills online. Through your portal account, you can review test results, update forms, send messages to our team, and securely pay outstanding balances from any device.
How to Register for the Patient Portal
To register, you’ll need an email address on file with us. Then, simply:
- Visit our Patient Portal.
- Click the blue Register button at the bottom right of the page.
- Fill out your first name, last name, and email (these must match our records), agree to the terms, and click Register.
- Check your inbox for an email with the subject line “Patient Portal Account Notification,” then click the green Create Your Account button.
- Complete the setup form with your password, date of birth, and final confirmations.
