Great customer service. Listened to me so that you had a clear understanding of my problem. Demonstrated concern about my problem through your actions. Explained everything to me so that I had a clear understanding about my problem, the needed treatment and what my expectations should be.
Selected to try the laser service that is provided. I picked the 10-treatment package. At first I wasn’t sure if it was worth the cost. It was! I was amazed at how much the laser treatments helped my foot – reduced/eliminated the pain and tightness. Another reason why I decided to try it was because they didn’t try to sell me on it. Dr. O explained the laser to me and the potential benefits. After that, she left it up to me to decide without giving sales pitches or pressure. I highly recommend the laser treatment to anyone who is looking for help with pain and discomfort.
Where can we improve?
Nothing. The entire staff form the front desk – Denise – to the assistants – Brandon, Lexi, Annoinete and Jennifer, and Dr. O’s fabulous work were first rate. Plus the overall attitude of the staff was positive and supportive. Thanks to all!
