• Take Colorado 470 E/E470 E
• Continue onto E-470 N, which is a toll road
• Take exit 5 to merge onto CO-83 S/S Parker Road, which is a partial toll road
• Turn left onto Crown Crest Blvd
• Parker Adventist Hospital will be on the right hand side and we are in suite 311
