Dr. Jennifer Molner, DPT grew up in a military family but settled in Colorado in 1996. She received her Bachelor of Science degree in Health and Exercise Science with a concentration in Sports Medicine from Colorado State University in 2010, graduating Cum Laude. She went on to earn her clinical doctorate in Physical Therapy from the University of Colorado Denver in 2013.
After moving to Douglas County in 2000, Dr. Jenn developed an avid interest in volleyball, playing club for several years and playing varsity for three years while attending Douglas County High School. It was during this time that she decided on a career in physical therapy, having been a patient receiving physical therapy on more than one occasion following injuries.
Dr. Jenn has always been involved in sports and outdoor activities, including weight lifting, running, and mountain biking. She survived the Tough Mudder in 2013, a physically challenging event that was held on several ski slopes in Beaver Creek. She loves Colorado, and during the warmer months she and her fiancé can regularly be seen on area biking trails enjoying the outdoors and keeping fit.
Since receiving her license to practice, Dr. Jenn has worked in several outpatient and rehabilitation environments, helping patients recover from a wide array of injuries and surgical procedures. She has experience with all areas of anatomy, with special interest in foot/ankle, knee, low back, and cervical spine. Her personal involvement in both indoor and outdoor sports activities provides for a keen insight into the demands athletes place on their bodies and the most effective ways to recover from injuries.
